Ok well received the package, but I didn't think the figurines were so small.

This product was for immediate shipment and has taken 3 weeks to arrive, it has also had to be separated from the original order, with two other products for immediate shipment and which have not yet arrived.

The item was awaiting restocking. Which seemed rather normal for an item that's hard to find elsewhere. Good communication, since messages clearly indicated that it would arrive, and indeed it did arrive without too much delay, which is all I asked.

Package delivered quickly after the products were available on their premises. The only drawback is that one of the products is a little damaged. We'll have to see what customer service can do.

Orders not received. Over a month to resolve the problem and it's still not over because the refund does not correspond to the amount paid. Customer service unreachable by phone and unresponsive to emails. I'd advise against it.

It took a long time for the order to arrive, even though it was just a pair of socks and the shipping price was expensive.

No problem, but I ordered different paints and odds and ends, and had to wait a while for the order to be complete. Big choice on the site and it's normal not to have everything in stock.

The only problem is targeting the time slot for receiving the parcel.

It says a wide range but that does not take away from the fact that the delivery takes a very long time, this will definitely be the last time I will place another order. There are more modeling shops where the range is just as large probably greater, delivered within 1 or 2 business days.

Product does not conform to the order

Poor instructions, especially for paint. Poor customer service as a part was broken in the pack and they say they dont make them anymore??? Finally, poor fitment. Will not buy another Trumpeter product.

My only problem is that I have to do a better job of letting people know that your France not in the States. Thanks!
