Perfect! Just a little regret that one of the items ordered is missing... no big deal!

At the time of writing this review I have had to wait 6 weeks for one item, the other is yet to be delivered. There was no contact from them, I had to chase several times to find out what was going on. Very poor customer service and really bad business practice. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Excellent follow-up

Zero points for the deliveryman, who claimed to have visited the house and found no-one there. Which is not true. So don't choose home delivery any more. But thank you for reimbursing me for the transport. Otherwise very good product and service.

I'm used to ordering imported figurines and I was looking for a site in France to avoid the increasingly astronomical customs fees (thank you France and its taxes on unavailable products!!). I was intrigued by the story of the founders and I tried it out by buying an Evangelion figurine. I'm more than delighted with the purchase! The figurine arrived well packaged. The tracking of my parcel was impeccable and the parcel arrived on time. The variety available on the site is enormous, whether figurines, puzzles, models or mangas. I recommend it 100% and I'd recommend it too!

Order placed on 25/11/2022 for Christmas. All items were marked "in stock". Received part of the order in December, another part in February and there is still one item missing which I hope to receive before 2024. No commercial gesture, no word of apology.

Interesting site, despite a delay of several weeks due to the loss of my parcel, I received my products. The 1001 hobbies staff are very attentive and friendly on the phone. I recommend this site.
