1001 Hobbies had the items in stock which I needed. Once the items were shipped, the delivery time was very quick since the items were being shipped from overseas.

I still think that this is a very professional company with an impeccable management. It is very commendable that they continue to work with Ukrainian companies despite the war and that I can enjoy models made in Kiev itself!

I received the whole thing but in the assembly box of the model airplane I found the decals partly compromised i.e. they were used and then put back in the plastic package maybe it is not up to you but I think it is detrimental to your image

The order went well. Your site could be improved in the question of filters, in the case of aircraft or tanks for construction could have filters by countries and / or periods, for example all the English aircraft of the second war.

The order took over a month to go out, and on top of that it wasn't even complete. If I hadn't made a complaint, I would still be waiting. I don't think I'll ever shop here again, because you don't even get updated information.

I was not impressed with their customer services. Rather than trying to help me, they were quite rude. And instead of cancelling my order, as per my request, when i realised the products wouldn't arrive in time, they still sent them - charging me £10 for delivery for items that were of no use. I will not be ordering from them again.
