Terrible DONT BUY FROM HERE SEARCH ELSEWHERE! I got express shipping and received my order (a birthday present) a week after the party. When I contacted the company for help they basically told me they couldn’t do anything because I chose a shipping option without a tracking number. How exactly was I meant to know that express shipping didn’t come with a tracking number when it was not listed anywhere. I wasted 10$ just to receive my package on time. Very unprofessional as well , they gave me an update only when my payment went through and when my package was given to the courier but not after that I didn’t even get a notification my package was delivered (many days late) I definitely will not be putting my money into this company anymore and I suggest that you do not either. Search for the product you want elsewhere, you will most likely find it and the service will definitely be better than the one given here. I honestly should have been more careful but I only found the reviews after I had already ordered and all the negative ones had the same points. Definitely pay attention to the reviews and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

I give you 5 stars, because I had no problems with you until the order referred to in the post, a box of Assyrian auxiliary infantry from Hat Industries and a funko pop. I understand that I placed the order a little before Christmas, you had problems with the funko, I think you didn't have it in stock or you had a problem with a supplier. As I understand that it was a very bad time and that you are not to blame, and taking into account that I had no problems with you until now, I not only give you 5 stars, but I still trust you. I only ask you to improve as much as possible the stock of the website and if there are problems with any order, please contact me to tell me why. Having said that, thank you very much for everything. The order arrived in perfect condition, and it is to be appreciated that you have such a varied catalog that you have.

For the moment, I don't have any particular comment to make, but I think it would be interesting if the site could give advice to "new users" who want to embark on a "pedagogical progression", as some models are difficult to build when you don't have any experience yet. In particular, I've had trouble with plastic models, and lately I've been turning to wooden models, which I think are easier to assemble, but I've still "missed" some of them don't work as expected, because I've made errors in assembly, because I didn't have my attention drawn to certain points. In the case of two models, I wasn't even able to identify the mistake(s) I made. All in all, they're still quite satisfactory decorative elements.

1 month to receive my order even though the products were listed as being in stock , non-existent customer service

One of the products was never available. After 3 months of waiting and exchange I ask for a refund. I hope I won't have to wait so long for this one.

WELL DONE, EXCEPT FOR THE SHIPPING OF A 200 A300G PACKAGE, WHICH I FIND A LITTLE EXPENSIVE (7EURO).

All fine with order and delivery. You do have to wait a while to get it. One product I ordered was out of stock and then you get a vocher? Really very weird, never experienced that with other sites. You just get your money back. First of all I have to create an account to use that voucher because if possible I charge as a guest and secondly I don't know when I will order something from 1001hobbies again. So that mail I had about that voucher keeps disappearing down in my mail folder with the result maybe that it gets forgotten. Very inconvenient, not customer friendly.

Hello I have received part of my order, much earlier than expected, in very good conditions, cardboard well made no damage to my figurines, and a modial relay system very efficient. I hope to receive the missing goods very soon. One question though, when reenacting a battle, how do you go about finding figurines of dead or wounded soldiers? Thank you

Reliable site. Pretty quick delivery and well tracked. I did not give 5 stars because the package arrived all crushed and the contents broken. I had to send it back and have them send me the replacement product. The after sales service was very prompt and effective. However, I think the packaging for shipping needs to be improved, as these are very delicate products that can be broken in transit.
