My opinion is the following I have nothing to report

For the navigation, super, for the service super, on the other hand for transport not terrible packing, the first, was a little crushed on a side I was afraid for the parcel, phew, the parcel was intact.

Very dissatisfied . My order was delivered completely broken . The miniature was damaged . Broken off from its brand platform and the mirror broken off . Also a piece was broken off the PVC display case where the model is placed and the display case was completely cracked . So this package has been seriously thrown or dropped .

Good clear website with large assortment

Delivery was ok and quick. Unfortunately, it was not clear in the description that the GAME IS IN FRENCH and so it was returned. I have already sent 3 emails to the addresses given as I have sent the game back and I would like a confirmation of the refund of my money. I also sent the successful DPD tracking delivery. No answer or the same within 10 working days !!! Therefore, I would rather look for another provider where the customer service etc. works!

Overall a good experience. My only concern was the manner in which the item was packaged. It was not in a box, it simply had bubble wrap around it. To travel the distance it did without proper packaging is risky. Also the item could be plainly seen through the bubble wrap. I don't want my purchases visible to those who have no need of seeing it.

Not happy as emailed to cancel order 4 hours after ordering and was told it couldn’t be cancelled as it had been posted already. Can’t send back as will cost to much.

Site easily navigated, materials sought were available, shipping speed was very good, especially as material was being shipped across the Atlantic. Packing was good, materials arrived in great shape. Prices were reasonable, material descriptions were generally good, although sometimes a little vague on applications.

Not really a problem per se. It would be nice if they gave package tracking information or an easier way to check on your order. Placed an order and I don't think I even got a confirmation email. No way to track order or arrival date. My order just showed up one day. Before it arrived, I was half afraid that I had been scammed.
