Placed an order in late September for a Halloween party. Never got anything delivered until today 8 weeks after the order obviously too late for the party. I keep it because returning and getting money back will take a year. Good lesson cheap is expensive. Bad service!

The site is well laid out, delivery took a while as the items were probably not in stock, but the package arrived within two or three weeks. I am completely satisfied with the order.

I have found the customer services team difficult to deal with and contact. The order I received was incorrect I received two Star Trek mugs instead of two model kits. I have cancelled a second order with this company because I have no confidence that I will receive the goods I paid for. Finally because the company is based overseas and I do not have a printer I cannot print returns labels and there are no instructions in my language on the paperwork to tell me how to claim a refund. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Order received in 9 days despite a humbrol color that appeared to be in stock but was sold out. To be sure of a product's availability, it's best to call the store to be sure. No communication problems and very friendly contacts with the shopkeepers.

Great Shop with good customer support. I received a really beaten up box, but the customer support was great, i received a return label and got sent a replacement package after i sent the product back. It is my national postal services fault, for them not handling the packages with care, so i cant blame the store. Yet I need to applaud them for good and fast service to solve my issue
