Hello, AIRFIX very good product, HELLER good product, IGN not really great (1/72 figures). As for the models, some of the boxes on your site lack detail in relation to the paints. It would be wise to know the exact color codes when ordering models so as not to have to recommend missing shades. Kind regards.

What was ordered and what was sent were two different things, I am trying to organise a return because what should have been a 20cm figure ended up being a poster

I ordered two items that were "ready to ship right away." Apparently they weren't because I received only one and the second one "due to computer problem" is not even listed in the order even though I paid for it and have a confirmation from PayPal - also the replacement order is for WRONG item even though I explained multiple times which item arrived and which is missing.

Products as described. Responsive service and fast, on-time delivery. Only remark: Stop using your self-adhesive labels on the Tamyia pot color references. They're impossible to remove without tearing the original label, and you can't tell which is which. Example on white or varnished. Without visibility of the label, it's impossible to tell whether it's gloss or matte. Apart from this detail, for which I hope to be heard, I'd recommend 99.9%.
