All takes too long.....all those stories of superfast delivery.....is nonsense

Already previously order received late and a missing paint, I said nothing .... Order decals at 25 € and more they are not compliant, received almost crumpled so impossible to apply, instead of going through other dealer you'd better sell yourself your goods. I'll never order from your site again, only problems with you. Never see me again

I don't know if the problem is with the post office or with your company, but the insert in the packaging is warped. I haven't taken the pieces apart yet, so I hope I won't have any surprises.

First order with 1001hobbies site, and everything went very well. Impeccable reporting of order receipt, package sending and arrival of the package earlier than expected. I will definitely rely on you guys again.

Clusters found without packaging when the box was opened (?) and much more serious: one of the clusters corresponds to the canadair CL 215 while the others conform to the box i.e.=canadair CL415...the result is a kit that can't be assembled - the propellers don't match and the upper and lower wing halves don't fit together (one is designed for a turboprop and the other for a star engine...) - the kit is ready for the garbage can - I can't say where the fault lies? with Heller or 1001 hobbies, but the boxes were mixed up.

Quick receipt of these two models, well packaged, no problem.

I've never seen such a well-made package! The beautiful wooden Concorde was in no danger of being damaged! A week's delay in delivery for 9.90 euros of Colissimo "in two working days"... not the fault of 1001 Hobbies, but of the supplier who had to correct a defect in the model in the workshop.
