It took a long time to prepare my order, and a can of paint was missing when I received it. I had to cry" to the after-sales service to get the missing paint before Christmas. Disappointed with the after-sales service but I ended up getting everything, so I'm leaving a few stars...

Can't express just how delighted i am with my order. easy ordering process, fast delivery, they even got it to the right address even though i misspelled it. the item was one i could not find anywhere else, and it arrived in mint condition.

Long delivery times

It was a bit pricey but I was able to get a hard to find item. It shipped reasonably fast and the product arrived as described in good condition.

Delivery took ages and when arrived item was damaged. Contacted them for a replacement and they are refusing to do until I completely destroy the item! Never had such a request when proof has been sent that it arrived damaged. Avoid them AT ALL COST!

Very disappointed with my purchase. My order was missing an item in the parcel and a second received broken and therefore unusable.... Ordered for Christmas and received a month later, gift missed And finally after sales service non-existent, I'm still waiting for a response to the complaint I made ... I would say only one thing to flee!

Delivery problem and non-matching products still not resolved....

Delivery time too long for an item reported available with immediate dispatch. No response to e-mail inquiries. No telephone response to numerous calls (supposedly because of too many calls, not a credible reason).

Wide choice of products, but doesn't bother to reply to emails about orders placed, and shipping is much slower than with competing model-making sites. In short, a store to be avoided.
