Delivery not as fast as I am used to with amazon The product while delivered in order and without damage, highlighted an outrageously poor product that should never be in any catalog. If we then compare it to tamiya or italeri or Revell for the same cost. The company that built the model I requested made a very bad product.

I'm quite satisfied with 1001hobbies.fr's service, but I'm critical of their lack of attention to the orders I place with them. On my 1st order, in which I used Tamiya shades, I asked them in a message to add the main shades that a beginner modeler would need. They added Heller shades, and... Humbrol enamel shades. A nice mix that will be difficult for me to exploit. A pity. I've recommended my missing shades on another site, which is a pity, because if it hadn't been for this incident, I'd have given it 5 stars.
Top quality material
My purchase was held in U.S. Customs because someone at 1001hobbies.com did not fill out complete paperwork. I was required to contact U.S. Customs and give information to them or it would not be released to me. This is NOT good business practice in the U.S. It is not good business practice anywhere. I will seriously have to reconsider before dealing with 1001hobbies.com again.
Fast shipping and order processing. Product conforms to specifications. However, no protective packaging other than the manufacturer's over-carton (on which an illustration of the product and its specifications are printed). This type of cardboard (very common for tamashii nation products, for example) wraps the packaging as tightly as possible and serves essentially as storage protection. It is insufficient for protection during transport. In the event of a shock, the box is directly damaged, as was the case when the parcel was knocked about during delivery: hole in the over-carton; the cardboard diorama inside is punctured; the box is a mess, with one piece slightly damaged. Finally, 1001 Hobbies has applied sealing tape to the over-carton. It's a good idea, but it's impossible to remove it without damaging the illustration. Frankly, for an action figure at this price, it's a real pain. I know more than one fussy collector who would have lost it. It's a good thing CCS has protected its product so well, the figure is intact. That's the main thing, and too bad for the battered packaging, I can live with that.

Bad company, delivery times not according to agreement but 4 weeks after promised delivery date, try to return a product that was not delivered properly and also they do not take that from the post. i tried to call them phone they never answer! and asked if they want to call me but that does not happen either. for warranty you can also not apply because you simply do not get contact with them.
This is actually a French website with a Dutch front door. The people at customer service speak English (a little hard to understand), and when I sent an email in Dutch I got a reply back in German. I ordered a package including 3 paints, one of which was spoiled. Initially I did not receive an email with a tracking code, hence contact with customer service (was then quickly resolved). Delivery took too long. May have had to do with the passing of Queen Elizabeth.
