Price of Revell enamel paints at the "cube" in Langon: 1.90 euros, but less variety and follow-up. I used to be a 1001 Maquettes customer, and I don't remember such high shipping costs. That's my only regret, which will probably hold me back in the future.

There's a wide selection and it's a good thing that unavailable products are clearly marked.

Parcel was not delivered. I received an email that there was supposedly a delivery attempt, but no one was there even though I was at home all day. I then received another email that the parcel had been delivered, but it has been missing ever since. Never again.

The original packaging of the item had no sealing seal in fact it looked as if it had been opened before the instructions were resting on top of the loggetto and not underneath as is usual for futaba. the gyroscope was free to bang around inside the box. I don't think anything more needs to be added...

Unacceptable. 4 weeks of delay with several exchanges with Customer Service during which I was promised things that were not done (preparation of the package, shipment within 48 hours, etc...). After three weeks, I decided to cancel my order and order elsewhere. A few hours after sending my cancellation request, I receive an e-mail telling me that the parcel has been dispatched, and Customer Service tells me that it's too late to cancel. And wait! There's more to come! I receive my order and there's a paint missing from the inside. Really, I don't recommend it. I understand that there can be occasional problems and before writing this message, I asked for compensation for the disastrous handling of my order. Message ignored.

Product packaging was okay. The delivery time took forever and totally missed the occasion (Christmas). I ordered 6 weeks in advance and was told it would be in stock within 3 weeks. So 3 weeks from in stock to arriving is terrible.

I received three Nendoroids from Hololive from 1001hobbies. Every delivery came as announced - even those that were pre-ordered 6 months in advance. For goods from Japan, this is really great. All packages were very clean and the goods were carefully packed. Highly recommended

A site with a wide selection on which I've been buying my figurines for many years. HOWEVER, I'd like to say that I think it's a shame the prices on this site are so high: 40€ for a box that can be found for 11€ on other sites... price rises that drive me more and more to other sites. Impeccable delivery and returns service.

I didn’t like this. I was excited for a model for my husband for Christmas that I ordered many weeks before. It arrived AFTER Christmas despite paying the extra for delivery. When contacting customer service, I am told to wait for someone then no one comes. The day someone answered was to tell me it’s coming still. No resolution whatsoever and the model came in a destroyed box. Very unprofessional
