The parcel was complete and in good condition. However, the order arrived 1 week late.

Communication impossible.1 month delay in delivery without explanation despite numerous requests made by email and calls impossible because the line is always saturated. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift ordered on 22/11/22 and it arrived on 30/12/22! So I'm not satisfied! Why on the site it says delivery in 48h! It's not true at all!

So far, I've placed three orders. Two I've already received in very good condition and quite quickly. The third order will take a little time because one of the items is not in stock at the store, but I hope to receive it within a few days.
