On the whole, I'm very satisfied, except for the shipping, which could be a bit quicker. I can't say for sure whether the long waiting time was due to the shipper or the parcel service.

The package arrived on time and the correspondence was excellent. I was kept informed of where it was. My son wanted this for Xmas and I would use 1001 hobbies again.

Order made on 04.12.22 sent on 21 after several reminders. Fortunately received on 23 but package opened and 1 product missing. Difficult to refuse the parcel on Christmas Eve.

Refund request since December 20 and still no refund.

My parcel was very damaged I hope that no part is missing...

Product was only two months longer to receive than quoted. Oh well. The event I was going to use the product was several weeks in the past. Guess I will be good for next year.

I received my order in a simple envelope !!!! The box was damaged... and 2 pieces broken inside!!!! This is unacceptable from a professional company. You don't buy a model by mail order only to receive it damaged. It's a shame.

I haven't finished it yet as I need to order the missing paintwork, so we'll see when it's mounted.

Models corresponding well to the request. Correct delivery time. I can recommend 1001 hobbies without any problems. One drawback, I had asked for gift wrapping, the 2 models were wrapped together, they were for different people and in addition, the gift wrapping arrived torn.
