VERY SATISFACTORY AND FAST DELIVERY.

Order easy to follow

I bought the item as a present It came looking like a dog had savaged it I PAID FOR THE PACKGI G .... DISGUSTING

Item was good but (I now realise) expensive and dispatch time (2+ weeks) was disappointing.

1st purchase on 1001hobbies and very happy: perfect order, good follow-up and fast delivery! Thank you, and I won't hesitate to use the site again.

After placing an order and immediately requesting that they include an item I had forgotten, they asked me for my bank information to process the additional item and include it in my order... surprise? they didn't include it. In addition, they sent me another order by mistake. After complaining on the phone I was told that my order (the good one) was also on its way two weeks before it was actually on its way. My order was shipped last Thursday 8th and I had been waiting since mid-August ... horrible, really horrible if you have an urgency as it was the case to make a delivery of a customer order and you depend on them ... they have made me lose money with their lousy management and attention.

I did not need any assistance,because everything went smoothly and the delivery,which I could follow with tracking, was on time

To date after 6 weeks still have not received my order. Then I am told you have chosen non tracking shipping. Yes what does that say then! That the delivery will take months! I think it is a bad thing, also I was totally unaware that it was a non tracking shipment I just ordered the normal way.

THE BLISTER OF THE FIGURINES HAS ARRIVED BENT BUT WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THEM. THE PACKAGING IS A BIT MORE RIGID, THAT'S WHY I HAVEN'T GIVEN 5 STARS. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING IS FINE

I was excited about the 1001 hobbies site because I found some Heller kits there that I thought were now unavailable. With the help of my son (he much more practical especially for forms of payment while I only use ATM) I placed the order which was delivered a few days in advance of the date communicated to me.
