Nickel, great reactivity from the after-sales service when an order had to be modified a few days before christmas, a small error despite everything in the said order, but no worries, again an after-sales service that reacted within the hour 2 days before christmas. what more can i say? nothing! it's top notch!

Quick delivery

Hello, my experience has not been very good, since I ordered a doll on November 8 q was in stock and they were going to send it to me 2 weeks later. When I saw that it did not arrive I sent an email and they told me that it would not arrive because there was no stock. After several emails I managed to get them to send it to me and it arrived on December 20th. For my part the experience has not been favorable. Best regards.

Shipping times to the USA are understandably lengthy. The service and products are excellent. I was able to find items at 1001 Hobbies that I could not locate anywhere else. I would recommend.

I did get what I ordered, but it took a long time and some reminders to get it. I had to ask for updates of what was happening to my order. Good price though, but the next time I might buy the same product to a higher price and get it at once, instead of being unsure of what is happening with my order.

One of the items arrived crushed, it's for Christmas we haven't opened it but already it's not pretty to offer, might as well buy second hand if the new arrives in bad condition. The delivery was not reported, and I discovered my parcel hidden in my shed by chance (which is perfect, but a simple sms to warn of the delivery and hiding place is essential). Unfortunately, I discovered it too late to offer it in time before December. Preparation and dispatch are rather long compared with local e-traders.
