Excellent service.

Once again, an experience not to be lived, a delivery which is lost, another reedited, then which is not delivered, the 1st order, which is found, then delivered with 3 weeks to wait, but the delivery is incomplete, misses 1 article, they had forgotten it, then after a commercial gesture of 5 €, a misery, and finally the delivery of my brushes, one month after the order, too late I did not need any more, I made otherwise since the order did not arrive.

An honorable solution is also applied in the event of problems caused by external partners.

Unfortunately the description differs from the item I received. According to the picture and (translated) description "Mr Mark Setter" "Mr Mark Softer" was advertised, but unfortunately I received "Mr Mark Softer Neo" and "Mr Mark Setter Neo". The original ones (without Neo) are unfortunately hard to get in Europe and I was hoping they would be available in their store.

The site isn't too bad, the navigation could be smoother, the orders on the other hand, are passable, especially on the paints, full of alarmist stickers on the danger of the product, so you can't see anything, which isn't the case on other model sites.

I didn't give 5 stars because everything is perfect except for the paint pots. You have to remove the label you put on them to see the color code reference ( x or xf...) on the Tamiya pots.
