Good and fast delivery.

The range of products is really wide, deliveries always meet the stated time.

The parcel arrived on time and in very good condition.

Item delivered quickly but model supplied without assembly instructions. Email sent but no reply.

Except for the customer service, who never pick up the phone and the standard shipping that takes 3 or 4 times longer than what it says on the website.... the rest is perfect

In my online shopping I am used to three or four Czech and Polish stores, but this product in question made me opt for 1001hobbies and I have been very satisfied so it will certainly be one of my regular suppliers.

1001 Hobbies has been a good source for tough to find European kits from makers like Heller models. While quite expensive, the Euro/ Dollar exchange rate is what it is. The average rating is because of their awful packaging for overseas shipping. Wrapping a very expensive kit with nothing but bubble wrap and tape?! Seriously?! For what I paid in the price of the kits and shipping, I was awe struck by the way my $100+ Dollar order was shipped. I would gladly pay a little extra on top of the prices to have my orders properly boxed. It's more than a little disappointing to spend this kind of money to have the goods shipped so carelessly.

Was initially concerned given their location is in France, however product (a hard to find gunpla kit selling for twice the price in the U.S. aftermarket) arrived promptly, in good condition and in very nice aviation-themed gift wrap (I'd selected the giftwrap option). Would order from again.

The stock status indication is unreliable. No information on delays and delivery times was sent to me. Without my intervention, I think I would still be waiting for my parcel. However, following my request for a refund, this was carried out very quickly.

I have ordered multiple different orders with 1001 hobbies for Christmas. The first one was ordered back early November and I still haven’t got it. It is still processing not even out for delivery. I have been in touch with customer service and they told me to be patient. Out of my 3 orders for Christmas I have only received 1. Not sure if I’m going to receive them for Christmas to give as presents. Really disappointed.

Had to wait over a month for my order. Although the delivery error was with bpost, I had to repeatedly ask 1001hobbies to find out the locations of my product. Nothing was done or communicated of my own accord. However, friendly in the communication that was there each time.
