Very long shipping times

Great products, because so many 1/48 and other aircraft kits, do not come with pilots and crew, and I hang all models from the ceiling, so they have to have pilots!

It took a week and a half for the delivery to arrive. But the product itself is really good.

Kit arrived perfectly packaged and in accordance with the order. Shipment arrived within the promised time frame which I would like to be shorter though.

The last order, some decals for airplanes, were two small sheets with very small symbols, which do not correspond to the image in their catalog and are not even valid for 1/72 scale. A real deception. Disappointing.

The item is 1/72 scale and the detail is good for a laser printed item.The legs are seperate from the main body which is handy for fitting them into small cockpits and their overall presentation makes them very passable as RAF aircrew from the 50's and 60's, although in this case they both decided to transfer to USAFand are respectably pilot and radar operator in an F94c circa 1956. They got fed up with the Meteor and went for the higher salaries, easier promotions and more medals than the austerity led RAF of the time could offer. I had no problem navigating your site and went straight to this item following a Google search.

It was terribly bad I had to wait way too long for an ugly tshirt. I had to send several emails before I could get a delivery. The service is very bad.

I have just satisfied a birthday gift.very efficient ordering and delivery! the satisfaction of the recipient is to come.....

Placed an order in late September for a Halloween party. Never got anything delivered until today 8 weeks after the order obviously too late for the party. I keep it because returning and getting money back will take a year. Good lesson cheap is expensive. Bad service!

The site is well laid out, delivery took a while as the items were probably not in stock, but the package arrived within two or three weeks. I am completely satisfied with the order.

Phenomenal

I have found the customer services team difficult to deal with and contact. The order I received was incorrect I received two Star Trek mugs instead of two model kits. I have cancelled a second order with this company because I have no confidence that I will receive the goods I paid for. Finally because the company is based overseas and I do not have a printer I cannot print returns labels and there are no instructions in my language on the paperwork to tell me how to claim a refund. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN
