I did get what I ordered, but it took a long time and some reminders to get it. I had to ask for updates of what was happening to my order. Good price though, but the next time I might buy the same product to a higher price and get it at once, instead of being unsure of what is happening with my order.

One of the items arrived crushed, it's for Christmas we haven't opened it but already it's not pretty to offer, might as well buy second hand if the new arrives in bad condition.
The delivery was not reported, and I discovered my parcel hidden in my shed by chance (which is perfect, but a simple sms to warn of the delivery and hiding place is essential). Unfortunately, I discovered it too late to offer it in time before December. Preparation and dispatch are rather long compared with local e-traders.

Unfortunately the description differs from the item I received. According to the picture and (translated) description "Mr Mark Setter" "Mr Mark Softer" was advertised, but unfortunately I received "Mr Mark Softer Neo" and "Mr Mark Setter Neo".
