Hello, my note is the reflection of my order placed on October 03 and received on October 21 after I called 3 times. on the RC model tamiya mainly you have 90% of the range on your site available within 15 days at T2M but your database is not up to date! if it's not available at T2M, you still take 15 days. i, the customer, know more than the advisers on the phone, and that's not it at all! what's more, you're on average 40% more expensive than most stores representing the TAMIYA brand for options and spare parts for TAMIYA models. in short, you don't do anything right apart from making money. you've lost a customer who's very passionate about this brand.

Also ordered from another company, I'm waiting for it in the courtyard. So mega fast delivery

It should be possible to place items in the shopping basket without going through the product details, and a historical period criterion should be used for searches; non-competitive prices except for sales or clearance sales.
