Page not recommended at all after a month of waiting for an order that said 2 to 3 days I got the figure that was not instead of sending the expensive version they charge you as if it were that and send you a normal one.

1001 has a good stock of products. When contacted he responded and was responsive. Two glitches: a product initially reported available (and which I had purchased) was later declared out of stock (but I recovered what I had already "shelled out" with another purchase); I had asked about delaying delivery and was confirmed that it would happen and instead the goods were sent to me immediately. Small problems that should be better handled.

After placing the order a month ago, I still have not received the package.

My last order was rather disappointing. I had requested the order be canceled due to its prolonged time in being filled and my money refunded. The order for decals was several months in processing. The request was seen but ignored. I found this as being extremely unprofessional. The refusal to refund my money was annoying and frustrating. Since the order was several months old without being filled or any notice of anything being done till it was shipped months after the order was placed. This will affect any future orders, if any, that I place with 1001 Hobbies.

Fast shipping and good packaging

The toy I ordered came in great condition, was not damaged. Just the box was a bit smashed, but this didn’t affect the toy. The delivery came kind of slow because they send it by mistake in another island, but everything was ok after.

Fast delivery and well-protected parcel + lots of choice

All very well only the problem of the helicopter that is pending a resolution on your part because you have not told me what you think about if you are going to make me a credit note or if you are going to change it for another helicopter. Best regards and thanks

Packaging: Very well thought-out Delivery - Delivery time: RAS Model: "The tailplane / rudder" in plastic, color "Light gray", should have been painted blue like the fuselage! Fuselage paint: you should have chosen a blue that was "matt or slightly satin" for greater plausibility.

Price seemed competitive with no hidden charges eg Duty VAT. Delivery across the border was prompt and tracking adequate. Seemed have a reasonable range of products. First time I have used them and will do again if need arises

Fantastic and very fast.

Unfortunately I would not use this company again. Paid for Express delivery and said it would arrive 2-3 business days. Kept looking for tracking details and found nothing. After a week tried calling the number in the UK as it was a .co.uk website. This was then I got suspicious. Number kept dropping out. BEWARE. This is not a UK based Company like is says it is. Emailed and got a reply saying item was in received in the UK on 11th July and I would get it within 2 days. Well two days had already passed and nothing.Still no tracking details Called my credit card company to report a scam. They said to wait another week before looking into it. Then on 20th July nearly 2 weeks after placing order I find I have tracking details. These showed the item arrived in France on 16th so a complete lie by the company telling me it was in the UK on the 11th. It then arrived in UK at Heathrow on the 19th in the evening. I actually did receive this , thankfully but not until the 22nd July having paid for 2-3 express delivery on 8th.

2 items purchased that are not usable, I hope to receive an item that works.
