Great customer service. When my international purchase never arrived, my purchase was refunded. My next order included international tracking and it arrived faster than any of my previous orders. Great service!!!

Never received- local post office indicated delivered but it wasn’t - they can’t find package - I know it’s not entirely the fault of 1001 but I am much less likely to purchase from again

My delivery was blocked due to an out-of-stock condition on three items (not visible when I placed the order... too bad! ). Delivery took a fortnight and was unblocked following my reminder. Well, all's well that ends well! But we can do better! Thank you so much.
