Correct and appreciated purchase but laborious delivery with twists before being finally dropped off at a different relay than requested.

I ordered on the site and wanted to cancel before the order was shipped, I tried to contact customer service by phone or email dozens of times without ever receiving a response. I received the order, I want to return it but in the absence of contact it's very complicated, I chose this French site hoping for simplified communication, but we are far from that.
