Very bad company, does not keep delivery times as promised. Been waiting 4 weeks now for a product and still it is not on its way, a return package was not accepted and will be returned. Bad communication.

Order Not Delivered

I have purchased from 1001 hobbies previously and they have impressed me with their prices, choice of products and speed of dispatch and communication. Once again, they have been a pleasure to buy from. I would however say that my item (a Trumpeter 1/32 Su-27) was wrapped in bubble wrap for shipping, on opening the packaging the box was damaged in a number of places and I was concerned the kit was damaged. On checking, this was not the case, but the box did look like it had been beaten up. That's the only reason they've not earned the full five stars from me on this occasion.

Everything is perfect and very well packaged, as for delivery .... Order preparation times are too long, up to 4 days when you pay for delivery. This is really annoying, even for a current order, the same problem takes too long and this puts the brakes on the purchase, which is a shame because the site offers everything at a very competitive price, but everything else is perfect.
