I was looking for another R/C aeroplane and just happen to come across 1001 Hobbies and i spent a little bit of time looking at all the different things available from them and then eventually went back to looking for another aeroplane, they were offering £10 off a purchase over a certain amount with also free delivery which i thought at the time how wonderful i hope they have an aeroplane which i like and they did so i bought it. The order was processed at Light Speed and within just a few days delivered to my door (for free), I must say it was a very pleasant experience buying from these people so pleasant i went back on their website and bought another aeroplane a different one that I also liked. I have now saved these people as a Favourite on my ipad.

Good. I liked it because the products I ordered are not easy to locate.

Among other things, I had ordered a 125 ml vial of Humbrol nail polish thinner, but because it was not available, it was purged from my order. It was refunded to my credit card, but I would have preferred to be offered an alternative (e.g., 2 smaller packages). Shipping times not expeditious. Communication practically takes place on the French site and is not always clear. Other than that, eventually what was ordered (minus the thinner) arrived.

Package not delivered even though the post office confirmed in their colissimo tracking message that they had left it in my mailbox.
