Equipment of very poor quality and in a condition that should not even be sold. And the delivery, postponed 2 times, for what reason?

All was good! Glad to get a hard to reach item . A little troubled w the tracking cause the item was delivered 5 days after the supposed and it was froze on trying to track the package w still in progress.. but was my sons number one bday gift. Which obviously stole the patience of tracking the late item ! Thanks 1001H …..

It was very easy to find my way around the site. The only thing that didn't fit was the description of the product. Customer service did reply, but only very late and not in German.

They do not meet the delivery times indicated on the page. I had to contact them to find out what was going on and they shipped it almost a month later.

The price is far too high for this product. The decals included in the kit cannot be viewed before ordering.

The decals I received are not the ones I ordered! The colissimo return slip I received for reimbursement is not in my name! What a nonsense !!!
