Lots of choices, shipments on time but very disappointed with the products received. The metal earth models are too fragile and there are no replacement parts for small parts in particular. The parts to be bent break too easily in a few manipulations, they are small and fragile, even with tools, 2 ended up in the garbage and one is partially finished but missing an element that broke during assembly. What's more, the explanations are not at all clear. I've got one left, will it end up in the garbage can .... ?

Good price and shipped quickly and neatly

I am assembling and gluing the model of the Douglas C-54 aircraft (military version), which is called Douglas DC-4 for civil or commercial transport. It is a double fuselage aircraft (the military version) that has surprised me. The pieces fit perfectly with some tweaking or scissors cutting. It will look great. I don't use all the material, because I'm satisfied with the complete exterior structure. Thank you.

Package came from France to the United Kingdom in only one layer of bubble wrap as packaging, no box at all! As a result my item, which was a collectors piece, was damaged very badly. To add insult to injury they also taped my other item to the collectable items box, damaging it further. I contacted them but have had no reply so far, I wouldn't recommend 1001 Hobbies.

Everything was perfect. Although the package took a little longer than expected because I ordered product difficult to find in other stores. Thanks for everything.

Pity I didn't search the web before I bought it as I could have got it cheaper. But now for each model I think I would like to build I have googled them and if the model is not considerably cheaper for similar priced ones you can get them without paying postage. Sorry I will not use you again unless I am desperate and watch out for 2 month delivery

Ordered 1 box of soldiers in 1/72 and received the same box in 1/35 twice after almost 3 weeks. Not serious at all, especially after being wrong 1 time and making the same mistake again. I'm not about to recommend your company and would like a full refund for my order.
