When i received my order in the envelope the sable brush no 00 was unusable. the bristles were crushed because the protection was no longer there.BIen REGRETABLE

Cones are good quality. I am a repeat buyer. I’m in the USA shipping time has been better than expected. Shipping is a lot, however I just put in a big order because It is a flat fee for the items that I purchase and it works out well in the end on money per item. My orders have not had damage and I get what I ordered. They do a great job!

Delayed because they said I didn’t give the correct shipping address when I did and could prove it. Not impressed since delivery address was the same as the billing address and clearly had both house number and street name. At least it finally arrived and in time for the birthday that I bought it for.

I'm disappointed that there are no more pilots. It's a pity that the brake is not in 2 parts, because at this 1/72 scale you can't integrate LEDs to make the model more realistic. Otherwise very nice finish.
