Having made 2 purchases for 2 orders on the same day and within minutes of each other I asked if it was possible to pay only a shipping cost. Negative response. I had already made other purchases but do not think I will make any more.

As a newbie I didn't know that the models have to be painted afterwards. It could be explained before the purchase in case you want to buy everything at once. It arrived late because of the carrier strike xd But apart from this the customer service is very good, the attention, solutions to problems ....
