A scam!!! I ordered games for Christmas on this site. There was a delay, I didn't say anything at first, but after two weeks after Christmas, I bought the games elsewhere and wrote to cancel my order. I received no response. TWO MONTHS LATER, I receive an email saying that my order has been shipped! I wrote another email telling them that, given the delay, I wanted to cancel this order and request a refund. Still no response and the package is still waiting for me at the pickup point. I am not going to pick it up and I really hope to be refunded!!!

The delivery was very late. I'm not used to this from Dutch companies, on the contrary, they are top-notch. But if you have to get your goods not from the Netherlands but from France, the delay is clear. There was also a French document included with a French address...a "hint" to order in France?
