3 weeks delay given the shipping rates....not very satisfied!

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the product ELASTIC RIGGING SPOOL (SUITABLE FOR 1:72 / 1:350/1:700) was ordered from our supplier the day after your order. However, due to a delay from the supplier, of which our logistics service was not informed in time, the shipment took longer than expected. Some suppliers prefer to wait until they have a larger order before shipping products, which led to a shipment within 2 weeks, instead of the contractual week.

We would like to remind you that European legislation stipulates that we have up to 14 business days to refund a customer who made a purchase on an e-commerce platform. In your case, the refund was processed within the allotted time, as it was done the day after receiving the photos.

Good product but took too long to arrive
Positive, very positive both on the purchased model and on the delivery/tracking of the package. Everything is OK.

I did not receive what I expected due to an announcement that was absolutely not clear. In the end, I found myself paying for products that are 4 times more expensive than elsewhere (40 euros for a prismatic booster in English version) while the announcement clearly implied that I would receive 4.

A bit long delay
Not happy at all, I only received one item out of the three, the second is awaiting delivery and I decided to cancel the third. It's the fault of the stupid policy of 1001 hobbies which explains to refer to its T&Cs: understanding that available at 1001 hobbies means in stock at the supplier, you have to read available and shipped within 48 hours to understand that it is really in stock.... flee this site
