Delivery took a lot longer than indicated on the website. Contacted via email but did not receive a response.... Eventually arrived in a very damaged package.

I find it unfortunate that the assembly information comes in all languages except Spanish, and it happens in all the purchases I have made with you. For my part you have lost a customer.

Ordered the same products + 1 other from a competitor. Delivery in 24h00, for the same price. Postage included. Perhaps the business and service model needs to be reviewed. Perfect packaging. And without animosity.

Electrical items supplied to UK may come with European plug. This was not clear and buying from a .co.uk I thought I would be getting a UK spec item. Possibly in breach of Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994 by selling to UK market?
