The level of customer support is appalling. Immediately after placing the order, I needed to cancel it, and looking at the order information, it was awaiting packaging, and not shipped. Despite me contacting them via email and phone, they simply refused to help, to the point that they were rude and condescending. Due to the web address being a .co.uk address, and a UK phone number, I assumed they were a UK based company, but they are based in France, so if I return it, I have to pay high postage fess.
