The shipping of the parcel is deplorable 2 boxes of games wandering around unprotected in an oversized cardboard box, the whole thing barely taped up, as a result the box arrives with a split corner and completely misshapen. zero level of logistics and customer respect,

Model took a Baer long time to ship after placing the order……..about 11 days……seller communications were very good

1001 has some hard to find kits at reasonable prices. Turn-around (order to receipt) is a little slow, but not bad for international shipping.

Great prices, but headaches to go with it. Mostly on processing and shipping. I paid a processing fee, and it took almost a mont to ship and when it did, all they did was bubble wrap the item. No box. Of course the item shows up damaged. Now they want me to pay shipping to send it back. Good price, but be aware.

Several weeks to receive a credit note after returning an order, with reminders by e-mail, never a reply by phone despite calls during opening hours... Obliged to pay shipping costs each time (product return and new order)... Delivery in a box that was much too large and poorly sealed: 1 board game with damaged box. Less presentable gift :(((
