The delivery did not correspond to the order, 2 more times, after 1 first complaint...a priori it would be the supplier's fault...but obviously there is no CTRL of quality before delivery in this commercial company...a shame!!!!

I have purchased from 1001 hobbies previously and have found them to be excellent from start to finish. Well priced products, easy to navigate website and you kept informed with regards to how your purchase is progressing from payment right up until it arrives at your front door. The products are always well protected and arrive in great condition. I can't recommend 1001 highly enough.

Neatly packaged, delivered on time Compliant products

Good experience although the shipping was very slow and the packaging unsuitable. The box (too large for the contents) arrived completely open, stuffed into a bag by the shipper. Fortunately, the contents were not damaged or lost. A regular padded envelope would have been a better packing system. Other than this inconvenience, nothing to complain about.

Bad. Products never arrived. They ship from France with untracked shipping. After a one month wait, with excuses that are neither in heaven nor on earth from customer care, I had to ask for a refund through PayPal. I will never buy anything from them again! They do not deserve even one star.

Incorrect offers appear, which are either not available or are delivered incorrectly (instead of a 1/48 airplane model, a rubber seal for an RC car...). You don't get your money back...only vouchers. Very dubious. Happened twice already...certainly not a third time!

Order handled and received well. Nevertheless, it would be good if the items were better referenced, especially for the models where the number of parts is missing.

Shipping time is a bit long

PROBLEM ON A DELIVERY NO RESPONSE

Order arrived incomplete (one item missing). Two messages sent to contact address (the third today 16 February 2022). No response! I have had problems with other sites but they have always been quickly corrected with a courteous response. I now avoid the 1001 Hobbies site, which I don't trust at all.
