Order too long to arrive

Hello, Very good communication when the order is prepared, shipped, until receipt: top! On the other hand, when there is a problem that lasts a little (long supply, out of stock or an exchange to manage (I experience both cases at the moment), we receive no more news. It's annoying and erodes confidence. Thank you.

Everything was great, money was received quickly via bank transfer and was also used quickly after receipt. Arrived very quickly and the items are great. My boys were very happy.

The items received perfectly and according to what was ordered... except one of them that was not in stock... the score is so low because instead of giving me back my money paid for the undelivered item... they give me a voucher, and that seems to me not correct... I have complained and asked for a refund but they haven't even responded to me.
