While they got 2/3 of the order correct, they shipped an item that was incorrect. The item they shipped was no where even near close to what I paid for. Getting a refund on that item, or the item was difficult and required multiple e-mails to resolve. They opted to refund the cost of the item, but did not refund the added shipping cost they charged me. I will not be ordering from them again, and would advise others to avoid doing business with them.

Quick efficient service and delivery if items on time. Communication from the sellers was excellent.

I discovered this site a little while ago by chance and I'm not disappointed. The choice is vast and orders are processed and dispatched quickly. I highly recommend it to all model enthusiasts.

The stock was not up to date at the time of purchase, and I was not contacted to find out. In the end, the order was cancelled after an exchange of a dozen e-mails. The refund only came a month later.

My order included 6 models, and 5 out of 6 were the right ones. Surprising response, at first I get a reply asking for photos. Then they wrote to me asking me to send back the model that didn't correspond to the order, without even giving me any information about the one that was expected... finally, as trust reigns, they told me they'd send me the other one after I'd returned the wrong model. Commercially speaking, it's very average, and what's more, it's up to me to go fishing for information... great, guys! Too bad you're the only ones to distribute metal earth in France.
