I have placed three orders this year. In general, fine. But from the first order of 23 February I still haven't received one of the items, despite repeated announcements that it was on its way and that the item was paid for with the rest of the order. I really don't know what is going on. I think there is a lack of coordination between departments. I don't know what action to take anymore. It's a pity, since, except for the above, the company has been doing reasonably well.

Order taken and good respect for the items delivered. The only downside was that it was impossible to use the promotional code when ordering. The code was valid but the site blocked the next step. As a result, I gave up the €5 discount. What a shame.

I had to wait over 6 weeks for goods that were immediately available. I paid for parcel shipping with tracking and the goods arrived in a bubble envelope without tracking.
