All correct

Items advertised as available at time of order and then out of stock. Do not keep informed. Not very responsive to emails. When the order finally arrived, one item was missing. I had to file a claim to get a reply telling me I would be reimbursed because the item was unavailable. If I hadn't complained, I wonder if I would have had a refund, which to this day hasn't happened! They were gifts for Christmas... I will never order from this site again.

The boat has finally arrived,had to wait a long time ...but whether my grandson has already made the boat I do not know.We have to wait until we have been with him

Good evening, I have received the order I placed on your site and the delivery man delivered to the address I gave when I placed the order. What's more, I know that the models I received were good and the boxes were well packed.

The website itself is not bad, but the commission could be better, I did not get a response when I asked where my order stayed, eventually I did receive my order after 3 weeks. It looks like it is a site from the netherlands but turns out to be from france.

Something had gone wrong with the addressing. As a result, the package was delivered to No. 22 and not No. 2. In your address information it says 2 and further on a stray 2. But everything else turned out fine.

The model of the Mount Washington seems to be of very good quality, it is my first and I think I have really lacked modesty, especially since the " 50 pages "notice is in English. For the rest, passion and patience are not lacking. I'm thinking of a simpler R C model to get the hang of it;

The only issue that I had was with the M4A3E8 Sherman Thunderbolt IV. Upon receiving it and opening the box I noticed that one complete Sprue (B Sprue) was missing.
