As a newbie I didn't know that the models have to be painted afterwards. It could be explained before the purchase in case you want to buy everything at once. It arrived late because of the carrier strike xd But apart from this the customer service is very good, the attention, solutions to problems .... It is not the first time I buy in it and will not be the last.
