When I report to ask something and I don't get an answer, that's bad for me

Nothing received.

It took a while for my order to be processed, but overall I received my parcel in a satisfactory time. Very satisfied with the service.

Not at all satisfied. Christmas gift not received so order cancelled in early January and still not refunded!

Order not delivered after more than one month of waiting. No communication. Refund requested from PayPal.

Delivery time too long, not as advertised, impossible to plan a date.

Order placed on 10.01 only on available items. One week later no news. After a phone call, the saleswoman told me that there had been some computer problems ... Ordered on 09.12.21 for Christmas (delivery time promised 3-4 working days) until now 20.01.22 still nothing..... came email that the delivery is delayed because of an article (same scenario as with the other customers)..... Of course canceled after a few emails after New Year's Eve.... Now I'm still waiting for my money... 14 days refund already expired, still nothing.... Simply outrageous

Very good experience with a shipment coming from Paris to British Columbia, Canada.

I am still waiting for my stuff after 3 weeks. They barely respond to inquiries. Delivery time was 3-5 working days. Now the order has disappeared and they blame PostNL. They will call back today. I am curious. But this is not progressing.

The kits and paints at 1001 Hobbies are rare finds; hard to get anywhere else. Through them, I have access to challenging, super-detailed model kits. I love this place!
