Other than the high shipping cost (to be fair it was shipped outside United States) I was promised to receive my model in four days and I got it within the four days.) I ordered the razor crest and I am not disappointed.

Everything went as advertised. No hassle, no fuss.

Deductions "only" because of delays; once because a delivery was forgotten several days/week; an article was declared as available and could then only be delivered 14 days late. Value for money very good; quality very good. Store is reputable, with partial delivery delays.

It arrived quickly, but with the wrong paints. They sent two yellow cans and no black.

A real nightmare. They take a long time to deliver what they say they have in stock first hand. But the worst thing is that a cancellation of an order of more than 100 € I had to resort to the OCU after a month of purchase to make me the refund. I do not recommend this website at all. They are also the most expensive by far after having discovered other specialized online stores. My recommendation... Flee, you fools!

Very good site, everything is well explained and the quantity of products available is incredible. They have almost all the refs or their equivalents. You can order without any risk, at least on the order.

My order was placed on February 20 and has just been dispatched (expected delivery date April 12). One item was not in stock, so the order was not delivered (but the amount was debited). The most shocking thing is that apart from an initial message (10 days after the order) saying that the preparation of the delivery had been delayed, I received no information, and was obliged to repeat the process to have the order (without the offending item) delivered to me. I was given a voucher for the missing item rather than a refund. I don't think I'll be using this site again, I don't like the way it works.

5 stars because of a few mistakes BUT attentive and very responsive customer service. This was my first order and I am fully confident that there will be more.

Very fast, compliant delivery

Waiting for my order for over 1 month, while everything was in stock when I ordered! To finally receive only half and a voucher for the value of my missing order, I'm not even reimbursed!!!! It's a disgrace! My 1st order took more than 15 days to arrive! I'm not talking about your shipping costs for such long services!!! Sincerely
