Hello it's been nearly 1 month that I'm waiting for my refund that I still have not received, your employer has canceled the order, and I still have received nothing having sent several e-mail with and without response towards the end I advise anyone to buy from you especially as I must be reimbursed a sacred sum of money 500 €.

Last month I came across a war gaming boxed set on 1001hobbies and was skeptical because it was discounted so heavily. Turns out it was legit, just needed to wait for it to come into inventory and then they shipped it out and it didn't take long to arrive, even for coming over seas. If you find a good deal on 1001 hobbies, I definitely recommend going for it!

"Instant ship" Took 3 weeks to leave the warehouse, another month to get here, when it got here it was packaged in nothing but bubble wrap... no box or anything just bubble wrap for international shipping, the box was damaged so badly it was open and the decal sheet fell out as I carried it into my house... A basic box would have prevented all of this but that is too much for 22 in shipping on 70usd in items I guess. They have not answered my emails yet, might have to force a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The decals had some bends in the decals, but overall they were fine.

Shipping without tracking + the delay from the estimated date are absolutely to be condemned. Otherwise all is well.

Delivery took a lot longer than indicated on the website. Contacted via email but did not receive a response.... Eventually arrived in a very damaged package.

I find it unfortunate that the assembly information comes in all languages except Spanish, and it happens in all the purchases I have made with you. For my part you have lost a customer.
