Very good customer service and fast shipping.

I was overall very pleased with the shopping experience. The website was easy to navigate and all the information I needed to find and purchase the gift I was looking for was readily available. The price was very fair and 1001hobbies provided great service in terms of sending alerts on the process of filling and shipping my order, all the way through delivery to my door. The one issue that could and should be improved is packaging for shipping. The corrugated cardboard carton used was particularly light and not very stiff. One side got partly crunched durung transit. And, there wasn’t much protective wrapping inside either - just a bit of folded paper that didn’t fill the space or provide any cushion for the item. So the kit’s box itself was a little bent and creased when it arrived, from the damage to the outer carton. It really could have been better wrapped usung bubblewrap or air pillow packs, especially given how thin the outer shipping carton was.

Very bad experience. Ordered 2 model cars in December 2021 for about €72.00. Emailed several times after 2 months when to expect the order. Would be shipped. Of course received nothing. Then 4 request to refund the amount I paid. Answer was, passed on to financial administration, take into account 2 weeks processing. After one and a half weeks still no refund. Very bad experience. I was told my item wasn’t available two day post purchase. They offered me a similar item and told me I would not pay the balance. We thought it was a good gesture. However the item they sent was on sale for the same price. So we did think we where mislead. Then it took days to post abscess held up st customs because it didn’t have the proper paperwork. When it did arrive it had one wrap of bubble wrap ! Just one layer fir a 10kg item that had done electrical components. Poor show 1001 !

Order and delivery carried out quickly and correctly, the only downside being that the site is not very easy to search for (products).

The box of Belgian artillery waterloo 1815 was open and pieces are missing...I have written to you and you have not answered..these things must be notified before sending.

Everything went well and the products correspond to what was expected, the only downside was that it took about two weeks to arrive, but when ordering things that were not immediately available I had assumed.
