Only took a couple of days from ordering to delivery. Was well packaged. Very pleased with my purchase would recommend shopping with 1001hobbies. I will likely purchase from here again in near future.

Phone can be manned goods better check if it is not damaged and or correct order, respond to mail earlier and faster

If there were zero stars I would DO that! I placed my order in December and it has not arrived to this day!!! I'm pissed off! Total scam I had booked express shipping because it was 12/17/2021 and I wanted it to be there for my husband on Christmas! I'll never order here again. And every time you try to contact them. Will only be sorry etc . No update no replacement nothing! Totally disappointed! Never again

No response to my emails. Only response in French language. Why no Dutch language on my e-mail? I do not know if I received the right flight simulator, I have contact here with Ikaris. Waiting for message from Aerofly, if not good, then back to 1001 hobbies.nl.

I'm very unhappy with the way I've been treated by 1001 Hobbies. When I was at their site I had intended to order some decals, but when I got to the point where I learned the shipping cost, I felt that it was way too much. So I didn't complete the order. I DID NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER. 1001 Hobbies were aware that I didn't complete the order because they emailed me to ask why. I told them. Then they charged me US$71. and shipped it anyway. When I complained to Pay Pal and to 1001 Hobbies, 1001 Hobbies said they'll refund my money WHEN THEY GET THE STUFF BACK. So I now have to pay to ship it back, when I didn't want it in the first place. It hasn't arrived yet, but will be mailed back as soon as it's received. will never order from them again, ever.

Thank you for my order .The delivery time was a little long though. But I am happy with my order. The anchors are unfortunately too narrow. But the rescue buoys are perfect. Hopefully I will find another solution for the anchors .But all in good time . m.v.g. Peter

Fantastic service, delivery took just over a week but I was kept updated all the way. Tracking info sent so it was easy to keep an eye on it. This is my 3rd purchase and won’t be my last. Well unless my other half finds out what I have been buying

Good service. The products were sent wrapped simply in bubble wrap, so the products are fully visible. I think it could be improved by putting them in a box, ben that no breakage was made on the products.
