Great service, I was impressed!

A very good, well-finished drilling tool with two double bit holders (one of which is concealed in the handle and unscrews), offering 4 bits of different diameters for drills from 0.1 to 3.2 mm. A very good precision product made in Japan, a little expensive but well worth the expense.

Disappointed by the size i bought a rc car but in all the description there is no way to have the size of the car apart (Typically, a miniature car at 1/18 will be 18 times smaller than the real car.) but what is the real size ??

No serious packaging. Model box arrived flattened even though it was a gift. High price for model taken because of delivery guarantee. Not to be repeated.

My order arrived well, but I had a problem. After placing the order, I did not receive an email confirming the shipment. I opened a ticket on the website, telling what had happened, and they replied that the post office had lost my package and that they could ship it without an item (which they no longer had). The next day, I was informed that the package had indeed been shipped back and arrived the next day. That is, if I had not opened a call about the order, I might not have received the order.

Total lack of seriousness, with dimensions announced on the site that have nothing to do with reality. The plane I received was much smaller. Following a complaint and recognition of the error, I was sent the same plane again after a month, which I just had to return again! This site is to be avoided!

Equipment of very poor quality and in a condition that should not even be sold. And the delivery, postponed 2 times, for what reason?

All was good! Glad to get a hard to reach item . A little troubled w the tracking cause the item was delivered 5 days after the supposed and it was froze on trying to track the package w still in progress.. but was my sons number one bday gift.
