I had also read negative comments, but I personally am satisfied. They responded to the never and provided the requested information and I received the items quickly. Only drawback, being Airfix kits probably in stock for a long time (elsewhere you can't find them), some colors were dry, but since they are acrylic colors it was enough to add (little) water.

So I ordered a hg kshatriya and received the wrong item a entry grade gundam (for like a quarter of the price) and sent an email to them but all I got back was send us it back this is unacceptable I request that u send out the correct item or if you can do that a full refund this is terrible 1 of worst sites ever I feel like you have treated me like a mug plus when I tried to call you r always close if u can get back to me asap so we can resolve this problem

What a lack of professionalism! After returning a product, the site clearly shows that the refund request has been taken into account, but it's now been over a month that, despite several reminders, I haven't seen a thing... My future purchases on this site are compromised, too bad!

Almost 3 weeks to receive my order.

Ordering system was fine, easy enough to navigate. Didn't realise that some items were on back order so delivery took a while, but not outrageous. Was a little disappointed with all the non standard labeling in French covering the English directions and caution labeling, something which I think should be addressed at source, especially when targeting the UK market. Otherwise everything is good, items as described and correct, good value for money, no complaints really.

Although on the site the products were available, it turned out that this was not really the case, hence the slightly long delivery time. Apart from that, it's OK.

Excellent service! I've never ordered anything internationally before, so I was a little hesitant at first. The part arrived earlier than their estimated arrival, and was 100% correct. 1001 even reached out when there was an issue with my address, corrected the issue, and the part still arrived early. Would and will do business with again!

I RECEIVED MY SECOND ORDER BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FIRST ORDER WHICH WAS MADE ON JANUARY 25. I WAS TOLD MY FIRST ORDER WAS SENT ON JANUARY 28 AND TO EXPECT DELIVERY ON FEB 10 THRU 15. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. I WAS ADVISED MY FIRST ORDER WAS SENT OUT LAST WEEK (MARCH 1) BUT I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO TRACK IT. DON'T KNOW WHAT TO BELEIVE. AT THE END OF FEBRUARY I SENT AN E-MAIL TO 1001HOBBIES REQUESTING THAT MY ORDERS WERE TO BE CANCELLED AND MY PAYMENT REFUNDED. I WAS NOTIFIED A FEW DAYS LATER THAT MY SECOND ORDER WAS SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY AND A FEW DAYS AFTER THAT WAS TOLD THAT MY FIRST ORDER WAS SENT OUT. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY ON LINE HOBBY SHOP PURSHACE. I DON'T THINK I WILL BE USING OR RECOMMENDING 1001HOBBIES IN THE FUTURE.
