Waited for 6 months for my order they kept telling me that its been delayed. Now I'm struggling to get my refund from them. It must be run by muppet.

Even though they were located in Paris France and I live in the US my package got to me relatively quick considering that the problems with shipping now adays. The shipping was not that expensive either. Thank you

As I don't have a car, I walked 3km to pick up the parcel at a tobacconist's, even though there's another tobacconist's 1km away where I picked up other parcels.

The first shipment of my order was lost in shipment, and 1001 Hobbies immediately shipped a replacement order at no charge. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and I would highly recommend. I will definitely use 1001 Hobbies in the future.

The model arrived on time and was very well packaged. It is a quality model of the original 1981 Capri 2.8i, well detailed with pepper pot alloys in one of the most popular colours of the day, crystal green. All as it should be...

Shipping took a bit longer than expected but other than that, everything else was fine

The delivery time was long (about 4 weeks) even though it arrived days before the scheduled date. About the products: very well packaged and without defects.

While they got 2/3 of the order correct, they shipped an item that was incorrect. The item they shipped was no where even near close to what I paid for. Getting a refund on that item, or the item was difficult and required multiple e-mails to resolve. They opted to refund the cost of the item, but did not refund the added shipping cost they charged me. I will not be ordering from them again, and would advise others to avoid doing business with them.
