Good but no precise delivery date

Man man sent from France (I hate this anyway don't put .nl on your website). Weeks in transit. Christmas vacations over. Just shitty. Once and never again!

Very bad description of the product, not received what I thought I had, expensive for what I received, delivery time interminable and a deliveryman who does not find the address of the relay! really disappointed

Delivery too late but good quality products

Very bad experience. They did not meet the expected delivery time, they did not deliver the personalized message for which I had paid extra for, and icing on the cake...they delivered a product in a different language than the one stated in the product name on their website. Also, I feel like they are bad in that they do not provide a way to be able to contact them: their phone numbers are turned off and emails are answered days if not weeks later. I am now waiting for a response to receive a refund considering the scam they pulled on me...but clearly I am being ignored. Strongly not recommended!

Order processing time to be improved.

Order was delivered more than a week late. Delivery times are not correct at all.

Received the wrong goods. Very unprofessional customer service. Received replies in three languages via email and had to explain several times what went wrong. Communication impossible. No refund to date. Be very careful when buying here.

Original order went missing, but they did re-send the order, but too late for Christmas. Inadequate communication from the start from 1001hobbies, which left us anxious for the 5 weeks between our order and eventual delivery, but we did receive our parcel in the end, containing a model which promises to be very exciting. I still don't know the reason for the delay, as my several messages to them have gone without reply. I guess they were busier than anticipated this year.

I bought the Paris map puzzle as a gift, shipped to California. It arrived promptly and was a huge hit! I wasn’t all that confident about an international purchase but it all worked great.

Ordered a JagdPanther 1/35 scale model and about a month later I received a USN F-14A. 1/72 scale model. Don’t order from 1001Hobbies. I recommend ScaleHobbyist.

Fast and clear service

All very sraightforward. Item cheaper than on most other sites and, considering the current pandemic and a shipment from the EU, was delivered very quickly.

I'm extremely disappointed by the order, which was delivered to me very late in the day. In fact, I dare say that it's quite simply a scam!!! The model I received, which cost me almost 100 euros, cannot be worth, in my opinion and comparing this product to something similar, can only be worth 20 euros. It seems inconceivable to me that specialists like you didn't realize this...

Fast follow-up and compliance

Hello, I have sent you several complaints. You still haven't replied. Faulty lamp whose bulb burned out the same day, burning the socket. The replacement bulb also burned out. Should the item be replaced, refunded or repaired? I don't dare plug in this lamp anymore (fire hazard?). Thank you for your reply. Sincerely

The site is very complete and easy to navigate. The desired items are easily accessed. The service is correct and the shipping is fast. Another very different issue, and in which the store is not to blame, is in the quality of the kit which is absolutely awful, with numerous burrs, the fit and adjustment between the pieces is horrible and the quality of these leaves much to be desired. Anyway, I will try to build this Polikarpov I16, type 5, in the best way and applying body putty very generously.

Thanks to this car model an indulge myself purchase, one more good decisions for my bucket list. Nothing wrong with this unless left Hand Drive is an issue with a French car!! Or one body mounted mirror on the left side! Oh , and there is a black plastic mounting board with 4 chunky connections to the car. Easily removed but a black car on a black background with such substantial fixings.....it may be generic and I don't know what alternatives there might be, but overtopping the under IMHO...worth a mention? Thankyou.

I ordered a submarine model for my son for Christmas ordering the recommend paints that were listed against the model. When my son opened the box to start to build the model on Boxing Day, we discovered that only one of the paints recommended was correct and I’d wasted £22 on needless paints! I have written to complain and heard nothing back. Won’t be using again.
