Ordering via bancontact does not work for me. Fortunately, I do have visa; everything else is ok, despite the long waiting time. Is it true that ICM is of Ukrainian origin? Does ICM still exist?

The TAMIYA X50 color on your website does not correspond to reality. I wanted a light blue color and what I got is a dark blue color. I consider myself deceived because if I had known this I would have ordered a lighter color.

Fast, well packaged and correctly priced

The model plane is very well detailed due to being a1/72 scale model. Well worth the money!

Apart from the excellent shipping time

A sufficient because one color ordered was not delivered and another was delivered twice. So the total number of jars was correct.

I did not receive the correct item ordered, I am waiting for a return proposal but free of charge.

I have to admit i was nervous ordering from France, expecting a hold up at customs. I need not worry, the parcel arrived on time, well wrapped and was an excellant price, cheaper than directly from China. Communication was excellant and regular and the website even had an expected arrival and delivery date. I am very pleased with this seller and would not hesitate to use them again

The prices are competitive even after adding shipping charges, and the models conform to the description, arriving carefully packaged. I wish the shipping was faster, but fortunately I had no urgency to receive what I ordered. Overall satisfied.

The company is honest and will send you your orders. The only problem is that they accept orders for products they don't have in stock. As a result, it sometimes takes over a month for your order to arrive. They should communicate better about this, which they don't.
