Easy search Fast delivery

I'm very satisfied with all the services. But as with every update of the site, the search for products becomes complicated because the SQL queries are not correct. For example, the list of manufacturers goes from A to A instead of A to Z.

Some results are good...!! But, I'm still waiting for the remainder: BDFX90FBX from November 2001, concerning mostly paints.... YES!!! let's talk about Humbrol acrylic paints !!!! They must have been in stock for several years because they are unusable because dried out, even with lots and lots of thinner it's impossible to get a correct texture!!! I'd like to know if the remainder (Ref.: AMMO-0220, zinc chromate green, HGW548010, decal Albatros D.III and AD6001 Gris primaire n°1) will ever reach me... If not I'd like a credit note or a refund for the amount of the missing items. I hope to have a reply soon, Best regards ATOUZET

I found what I wanted and received it quickly.

Fast delivery and well-packaged package, a good discovery. I just regret that the 1001hobbies cutting pliers " are not suitable for removing plastic parts, they crush rather than cut and leave dirty stress marks on the plastic...a manufacturing defect with my pliers perhaps.

Long delivery times

The products purchased are great, but I had to wait 18 days for my order to be shipped, plus then the actual delivery time. But these things can happen, the only downside was that for 12 days I received no news or update regarding the delay and had to send a reminder email myself to get updates. I still think it was just an isolated incident, but I think reviews should still be honest.

I live in America and bought an item from 1001hobbies. I’d never heard of the site before so I was sort of apprehensive about ordering, but I bit the bullet and went ahead with my order anyway since I couldn’t find the item I was ordering anywhere else. In the end, I did end up getting my order about 2 weeks later through the economy shipping option. My item came from France, so the long shipping times are understandable, though tracking stopped updating once it left France, which would have been nice. I never received any shipping updates after that, including when my package was delivered; it just kind of showed up one day without a notification of delivery of any kind. Still, my order arrived within the specified timeframe and the undamaged. In short, if you’re a US buyer who’s unsure about whether or not to buy from 1001hobbies, I’d say go for it if you’re willing to put up with the sparse shipping updates and the 2+ week shipping times.

Fast and accurate delivery

The delivery did not correspond to the order, 2 more times, after 1 first complaint...a priori it would be the supplier's fault...but obviously there is no CTRL of quality before delivery in this commercial company...a shame!!!!

Well priced products, easy to navigate website and you kept informed with regards to how your purchase is progressing from payment right up until it arrives at your front door.
