Ordered product that was in stock, waited 6 weeks for it and still nothing. Then asked for my money back and that would be within 14 working days and that also went wrong. Still waiting for my money. I will never order here again

After placing the order at the end of December I requested the cancellation a week later, and more than a month later I am still waiting for the refund. I have sent weekly mails and they tell me that it is requested but they do not give me the money back.very bad management and customer service. I will not order anything else from this website.
