Perfect products and delivery Many thanks

Everything arrived correctly and in good condition with an acceptable speed.

I ordered my product on 7 June with a 1 to 2 week delivery. I did not realise that warehouse was in France. I had to wait 10 days for the order to be processed. It then was ready for dispatch. Then late Friday an error appeared on my order. I emailed at the beginning of the following week to find out what the problem was and when i would get the product and they said my order had a computer bug so the order had to be recreated and it would be delivered in 3 days. I had to wait another 7 days while this order was processed. It then went ready for dispatch and then surprise surprise an error appeared. I again emailed to cancel the order. They responded that the order had been dispatched and if I wanted my money back I would have to return the product. UPS did not collect the product from the warehouse until lunch the next day. I will never use this company ever again.

The track and trace code not convenient

Good delivery just on time

I have not yet snapped up the gift. For punctuality a good grade ,the gift wrapping leaves a little to be desired.

Order impeccable, delivery in Relay point without difficulty.

It is fun and exciting to assemble plastic model airplanes. 1001HOBBIES catalog is extensive, the prices are reasonable, the quality is good, the service is professional, and the shipping is fast. Thank you.

The plastic model airplanes are of high quality, at an affordable price for my economy. The service of 1001HOBBIES is professional, they have a very extensive catalog, and the shipping is fast. Thank you.

It is already 4 times that I have ordered items from you, each time the service, delivery and the product is completely satisfactory, for me it is clear, if I want a product that is available from you I will not hesitate to order it also from you.

compliant and fast

Delivery takes much longer than promised. Weeks - not days. Regardless, product was as described and they do respond to communications.

Satisfied with the purchase, I recommend

Prompt service, courier very efficient and item was well protected and delivered. Good information as to status of order provided at all points. Good price point and value.

Super fast delivery, I didn't even expect to receive my order so quickly, Great!

My kit arrived exactly when they said it would, within 2 weeks of ordering.

The kit looks fantastic and I will enjoy building.

I recommend

Information on scales is somewhat confusing and I have confused several products.

Good site, very detailed, lots of choices and the collis always well received and in order.

Clear and precise TB

Always a pleasant experience with 1001 hobbies.

JUNE 22, 2033 ... I had ordered a model kit from 1001hobbies (1/25 scale Revell VW Hippy Van) It was the cheapest price on the internet. It was at this time that I found out they were located in France. BUT they said my product would be received in a timely manner. (and it was about 1/2 the price of the next lowest price item at the time) At the same time, I ordered several other items from different companies located here in the States. 11 days later I get my package from 1001Hobbies, FROM FRANCE !!! - 11 days .... not a record setter in the amount of time, BUT the other orders here in the States ... 1 says it will deliver 1 single can of paint about August 7 ( a moth and a half to deliver a can of paint) another one, I had to send them a reminder email about my order (12 days and still had a unfulfilled status)
Needless to say, I will look at 1001hobbies with a little more interest from now on. If they can deliver product to me in better time than companies here in the States can, then who am i to argue

Fast delivery, correct price. Nothing to complain about

Fast, honest (delays are clearly announced) and efficient, top-notch telephone service!

They advertised the rare version of the product (and still do) however they sent the common version i can get on amazon instead. Still awaiting to hear back with a free returns label.

Fast, accurate ordering

Very well packaged, delivery was relatively quick, the items were all in perfect condition and I was always informed exactly what was going on with my orders/where they were and when they would arrive. I will order here again.

Great service. Item was reasonably priced. Well packed and delivered quickly. Thank tou

Item as per description, very fast shipping
