Preparation and delivery took too long

For my first order it's almost a fiasco.5 products ordered because in stock on the site and only 3 delivered and that 15 days after the order. Far from the 5 to 7 days indicated. It was almost impossible to contact me by phone in the morning or in the afternoon to find out what had happened to my order. On the 12th day I had a contact person who told me that the 2 missing books had arrived and that my order would be dispatched the same day. Now I have a credit on my account and I don't know if I'll have to pay postage again if I use this credit to buy other books. E-mail exchanges don't lead to much and I must admit I'm pretty disappointed at the moment. BR

Sorry but I consider the waiting time too long and the package arrived half open with 2 boxes of 3 totally folded

For this order I had some problems because the model which I ordered was not in stock however the ors of the order nothing was indicated in this direction I received my order one month after having joined a person to the telephone which answered me very well on the other hand navigation on the site is not simple when I type a word in the space envisaged the first 3 characters return but not the whole word I thank particularly the person whom I had on the telephone which was really reassuring professional.

Ordered a "masters of the Universe origins Lord of Power" action figure: Sent in a cardboard box with the right dimensions: the blister pack of the figure was therefore not received folded or damaged (important for a collector). What's more, during another order, the site informed me of a possible delay attributed to the supplier. I sent an email through the "contact" of the site to find out more and received precise and cordial replies. I recommend this site and I will recommend this site OVER this site! (By the way, I have an item waiting in my basket! )
