They sent me an incomplete product, manufacturer's problem not 1001 Hobbies, and they exchanged the product without problems. As a negative, the communication was a bit slow, understandable for the period in which the order occurred.
Product purchased OK. Shipping to be reverified, purchase made near Christmas.....
Order placed on 04/11/21 with three items in stock after a week an email informs me that the product is in reorder so not in stock as indicated after a month without news I ask by mail where my order is answer product will not be restocked I am offered either a refund or a credit or take another product with a small discount which I do by looking that it is in stock product with a small discount, which I did, checking that it was in stock, I was told by e-mail that the order would be dispatched on December 23 at the beginning of January and with no news, I sent another e-mail to find out the answer: we're waiting for the supplier to deliver the product, so it wasn't in stock, and I was told that the order would be dispatched on January 17, on january 12 an e-mail from collisimo informs me that my parcel will be delivered on january 14 but not an e-mail from 1001 hobbies so two months to obtain an order no information for the customer and the products are not in stock as indicated and much more expensive than the competitors this is not serious as an indication it was my first order on this site but also the last Patrick

Different product as advertised. Not the old die cut kit which I wanted. The newer laser cut kit was send.
As I never received the order and they couldn't give me any tracking information, I'm stuck with the loss because I can't make an inquiry without this information. Very poor service!
Nice because I found what I was looking for quickly, a suitable delivery cost, on the other hand the price of the models is much more expensive than on other equally serious sites in France, even on sale...

Order "blocked" because of a product that was waiting for a supplier. Call to after-sales service who unblocked the order immediately. After-sales service available, easy to contact, and attentive.
I still have not received my order of 29 /12. Everything was available except for one product available in 2-4 weeks. Not even sent in 2 packages. I sent an email recently and as luck would have it, they sent part of the order after 3 weeks of waiting. Dissatisfied. But delays can happen in these times. Next time I'll go to a physical store...
Somewhat long delivery time for items supposedly in stock.
Info that is not up to date on the site regarding the availability of items that put me in the sea.... for Christmas when you have to announce to your child that he will not have the long awaited gift.... and of course without giving any info .. thank you 1001 hobbies to display only positive comments after customer service easy to reach. The product arrived well packaged and in a reasonable amount of time. Some parts of the kit came detached from their grill, but I understand that is a manufacturer's issue.
I still haven't received my order.
I had tried to get this product for over a year from the usual sources and none of them could supply it. I found 1001hobbies on the internet and they showed stock availability so I placed an order. Imagine my surprise when it arrived from Paris! It took awhile to ship by I had already waited a year on backorder with a domestic supplier, so it was like a rush order to me!
Say items in stock but aren't. No reply that it's out of stock after waiting a month. Canceled my order and there saying 14 days for refund. Would not recommend
I placed an order in November for Christmas and I am still waiting for January 25, 2022.
Now 4 weeks still ger. Order because 1 of the items was not available and probably never again they are waiting until next year or so after several times expressed via email that I want to cancel the order no response really a shitty company
They let me order a product that was out of stock then only offered store credit. Had to demand a refund.
1 month to receive my order
Everything was great and delivered as promised. Only the shipping time took a relatively long two weeks. Otherwise I will be happy to order again in the future.
Still nothing received and did pay..... Looks a bit like fraud.....
It took an awful long time to arrive, your carrier or the agreement you have with them seems bad to me, I bought another product through ALIEXPRESS and it arrived from France in three days.

The first two deliveries were perfect. For the 3rd, I've been waiting for 13 days (order placed on 11/01) and only received information on 21/01.... One item was advertised for immediate delivery but ended up being out of stock.
My opinion in two points: 1 the scale model. Nothing to complain about, it's exactly what I ordered. 2 the delivery time. A long, long time... I ordered it... last year!

Items advertised as available at time of order and then out of stock. Do not keep informed. Not very responsive to emails. When the order finally arrived, one item was missing. I had to file a claim to get a reply telling me I would be reimbursed because the item was unavailable. If I hadn't complained, I wonder if I would have had a refund, which to this day hasn't happened! They were gifts for Christmas... I will never order from this site again.
