I placed an order, which I have received, only to discover that I was debited 3 times, for the same order. My bank is sorting this out but because of this experience I very much doubt that I will be placing a order again with you.

Disastrous an order which on the site is announced delivered in the 15/20 day and as soon as one goes to see the site 10/15day for later the product is shifted of as many day result the gift which I was to make was not received with temp, one said to me that finally the product would never arrive at the store or in X months (there were two games dungeon dragon) I had to cancel my order.... Very disappointed

Clear site, fast delivery and well packaged.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago but due to items not being in stock, it took a bit to ship but when shipped, they turned it around 3 days from France to the US (California). Now that is excellent customer service. I highly recommend 1001 Hobbies!

Not at all satisfied. You place the order, they don't inform you that they don't have it in stock, you pay 13€ for shipping and it takes 30 days for the package to arrive. What a pity.

They're having trouble finding what I'm looking for.

Great choice of material, fast delivery and well packaged. My orders are for gifts and so I don't assemble the models I buy.

Very good offer in the store. Unfortunately, the packaging is inadequate and the goods are inadequately protected against damage, especially when traveling across borders. The delivery times are comparatively quite long >2 weeks.

Good responsiveness from customer service when I changed my order by phone and I received my parcel on time.

I did not receive my order in full on January 10, 2022. On January 14, 2022, I made a sworn statement that I had not received my order in full. I also enclosed a copy of my order, specifying the missing products. To date, Friday 21 January 2022, I have still not received all my products. As a 1001 HOBBIES customer, this is the first time this has happened. I hope to receive the remainder of my order very soon.

The previous order was never delivered because 1 item was out of stock. Finally after waiting 4 weeks my entire order was cancelled and refunded, including the items that were in stock. Still placed another order but have been waiting for at least 2 weeks. Status is "pending" but I wonder if the order will actually come.

Never again.

DEFINITELY A RICH ASSORTMENT OF ITEMS-SEARCH ON THE SITE QUITE GOOD-THE ONLY DRAWBACK AS FAR AS MY RESEARCH ON MILITARY VEHICLES IS CONCERNED, IT'S NOT ALWAYS EASY TO FIGURE OUT THE SCALE. OTHERWISE ALL OK.
