Very good; the order having been delivered only 10 days after the order, I regret that there was no faster information on the delay of the departure of the parcel. Otherwise perfect.

I gave 5 STARS even though the shipment of the items ordered on November 4 was delivered to me on November 25. Then I realized that the company preferred to delay the shipment in order to send me all four items, since one of them was in supply. Commendable initiative, but advance notice would have been better. Top of the line items, well packaged and protected. I will make other purchases.

Only 3 stars because the delivery took a little too long for my liking (and I didn't hear from 1001hobbies during that time) and although the cardboard packaging was undamaged, the box containing the model was damaged, but fortunately the contents were unharmed.

Took 4 weeks for myn package to arrive. Zero communication from their side

I placed an order on the 8th November, and one on the 9th November. One arrived quite quickly the other took over a fortnight to arrive

1001 have some great offers from time to time, as well as being reliable and fast to despatch using good couriers. No problems or slow down between Paris and UK either. Overall, have bought a number of 1/16 kits from 1001 and will continue to do so.

A really great kit, at a great price on offer from 1001 Hobbies, promptly despatched from France and arriving in UK 2 days later. Great all round !

12 days after purchase I still have not received the puzzle.

I'm not having any luck with this order, I received the model, but I thought you'd forgotten about me, and now the delivery man has taken my paintings to a neighbor's house. But it's not your fault that the delivery man employs people who can't read.

I am very satisfied with the service but not at all with the delivery time (25 days!).
