Long overdue

I didn't like that the order I placed was supposed to arrive in 2-4 days and it took 10. Because I bought it for a specific date and couldn't give it away in time. If it is a time of many orders and there will be delays, they should put it in.

Today 20. 1. 22 more than one month after order . still not done !!! no concrete answers to direct mails about the situation !!! instead constant advertising mails !!!! extremely annoying !!!!! eder kh

Ordered product well before the holidays. Product was supposed to be delivered within a few days. Sent an email after a few days, then found the product was not available and could take weeks. Just before the holidays this was a big problem. Fortunately I could succeed at another webshop, but I will not order here again.

Overall very professional and a lot of choice but it would be nice if we could reach you by phone more quickly and especially do not put labels on the references of pots of paint it becomes illegible and we are forced to add another label on top to recognize the reference of the pot moreover a reduced delivery price for small order quantities (1 or 2 pots of paint or a very low minimum order) would be appreciated

Order placed on 19/12/2021 delivery expected on 27/12/2021 max. On the order tracking, it is still not prepared (17/01/2022), I canceled and normally I should be refunded. Site to avoid, or else order 1 year in advance to be delivered for next Christmas. I ordered on another site on 17/01/2022 and delivery was made on 19/01/2022.

Obviously, there's a big discrepancy between stocks and the website: Order placed at the end of November, not dispatched until mid-December, fortunately my request for a refund was processed quickly.

Not at all satisfied. Christmas gift not received so order cancelled in early January and still not refunded!
