Order placed on 10.01 only on available items. One week later no news. After a phone call, the saleswoman told me that there had been some computer problems ... Ordered on 09.12.21 for Christmas (delivery time promised 3-4 working days) until now 20.01.22 still nothing..... came email that the delivery is delayed because of an article (same scenario as with the other customers)..... Very good experience with a shipment coming from Paris to British Columbia, Canada.
I am still waiting for my stuff after 3 weeks. They barely respond to inquiries. Delivery time was 3-5 working days. Now the order has disappeared and they blame PostNL. They will call back today. I am curious. But this is not progressing.

I made a purchase in November. After 15 days I didn't know anything about it, so I looked at Correos. The package had not been sent, although they told me it had. They are liars and scammers. I'm only giving this rating because you asked me to by email. I honestly can't understand why, you should rethink your automated processes. I find your methods questionable. You can only order things if you become a member. You list items as in stock that you don't have and only offer a voucher as a replacement. I insisted on a full refund by email and of course I got it because I have every right to get my money back and you know that. Unfortunately, I failed to officially cancel my membership. You are free to officially remove me from your mailing list, you have my permission.
